6-Week Athlete Mindset Program
The 6-Week Athlete Mindset Program is designed for athletes who want to become mentally stronger competitors. Athletes learn practical tools they can use during practices, games, competition, and challenging moments.
The program focuses on confidence, short memory, pressure response, self-talk, focus, accountability, mistake recovery, emotional control, and developing a personal next-play mentality.
Rather than simply telling athletes to “shake it off” or “be confident,” we help them understand how to reset, refocus, and move forward.
This is the starting point for athletes who want ongoing Main Event Mindset coaching.
Best for: Youth athletes who struggle with mistakes, confidence, pressure, negative self-talk, nerves, frustration, or maintaining focus—or athletes who simply want to strengthen the mental side of their game.

Helping make mindset coaching accessible to athletes who could benefit from it.
The Main Event Mindset Scholarship Program is a community-supported program designed to help youth athletes access mindset coaching when financial assistance would make participation possible.
Scholarship consideration begins with a referral from a third-party coach who knows the athlete and can speak to the athlete's character, effort, needs, and potential fit for the program.
The parent or guardian and athlete must acknowledge the referral before it is reviewed.
Scholarship assistance may provide full or partial support for the 6-Week Athlete Mindset Program depending on available funding, athlete readiness, program fit, scheduling availability, and individual review.
A referral does not guarantee scholarship approval.
Individuals, businesses, teams, organizations, and community members may also contact Main Event Mindset about contributing to scholarship-supported access. Contributions should not be assumed to be tax-deductible unless Main Event Mindset provides written confirmation of tax-exempt status.
