A one-time session for parents or guardians who want practical tools for supporting an athlete through mistakes, pressure, confidence setbacks, motivation struggles, and emotional ups and downs.
This session may address:
• Communicating after difficult practices or games
• Supporting an athlete without adding unnecessary pressure
• Managing expectations and performance-related stress
• Responding to confidence or motivation struggles
• Understanding what type of support feels helpful to the athlete
• Creating healthier communication around goals, mistakes, and performance
Coach Mike will tailor the conversation to your family’s current needs and provide practical strategies you can begin using right away.
Price: $75
After purchasing, you will receive instructions for completing a short form and scheduling your session with Coach Mike. Sessions may be held virtually or in person based on location and availability.
All payments are due when scheduling. Purchases are nonrefundable except when Main Event Mindset is unable to provide or reschedule the purchased service. If you need to cancel, you are responsible for contacting Coach Mike to arrange a new date. Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually.
